• If bonus abuse is detected — such as using multiple accounts to claim bonuses — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on karikya apps:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or take advantage of promotions.
• Operating an account under another person's name or identity.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Intentionally exploiting technical glitches on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members to fix matches or coordinate betting.
• Using karikya apps for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

Karikya apps may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms and Conditions violation is found.
• Withdrawals will be put on hold until KYC verification is completed.
• An account with no activity for an extended period (12 months) will be marked as inactive.
• When required by a court order or law enforcement authority.

To close your account yourself: Any member may close or temporarily suspend their own account at any time by contacting Live Chat or Support. Before closing your account, make sure to withdraw any available balance.
